The AIOR Radiology Department provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and interventional Radiology services for patients with Orthopaedic, Rheumatologic, Oncologic and Traumatic conditions. Diagnostic service includes high-resolution, multi slice computed tomography (CT), conventional radiography, Ultrasonography and Doppler studies. Interventional services include therapeutic articular and spinal injections, bone biopsies, radiofrequency ablation treatment, and CT orthography. Radiology Department is leads by Dr. Kumar Rana Mithilesh.
Our Radiology Department is equipped with a 300 MA X-Ray Digital system for undertaking all kinds of Orthopaedics and Routine X-Rays and managed by well trained Technician. We also perform long leg films or Hip Knee Ankle scanograms. We also have a portable machine to facilitate the bedside X-Ray examination of indoor patients.
Our Radiology Department is equipped with a GE Pro Speed F II Dual slice CT scan system. This center has the means to provide the best that technology has to offer. Having this kind of advanced technology potentiality may save lives and improve the quality of patient care. The new dedicated GE Pro Speed Dual slice CT scan provides unsurpassed image quality. It increases exam speed, provides greater patient comfort and helps reduce the need for re-scanning due to patient motion.
Our Radiology Department is also equipped with GE ultrasound Model No. AY-15CU1 with 15” color image monitor for performing ultrasound & Doppler studies.
